The YK-AL219 Automatic Tag Closed-Cup Flash Point Tester complies with the requirements of the GB/T 21929 and ASTM D56 test methods. It is suitable for testing liquids that have a viscosity of not less than 5.5 mm²/s (cSt) at 40°C (104°F) or a viscosity of less than 9.5 mm²/s (cSt) at 25°C (77°F), and a flash point below 93°C (200°F).

1. The instrument utilizes microcomputer control with a touchscreen interface, integrating temperature control, ignition, flash point detection, data storage, and printing into a fully automated process.

2. It features a 7-inch color LCD screen with an integrated touch interface and automatic brightness and contrast adjustment.

3. Test results are automatically corrected to standard atmospheric pressure; the system automatically detects the flash point and performs lid opening and ignition.

4. Test results are printed automatically, and an alarm sounds when the flash point is detected.
