1. Product introduction
The YKS series vacuum centrifugal concentrators rapidly and safely evaporate water and organic solvents from samples. The processed samples can be conveniently used for a variety of qualitative and quantitative analyses, including chemistry, biochemistry, bioanalysis, immunoassay screening, food safety, and residue analysis. They are suitable for immunoglobulin concentration, drug metabolite concentration, SPE solid-phase extraction, liquid chromatography pre- and post-processing, ADMET/toxicology, polymer chemistry, DNA/RNA purification and concentration, oligomer synthesis, forensic/drug of abuse testing, and general laboratory concentration.
2. Features
1. The all-new XIUI 3.0 operating system utilizes microcomputer control for programmable operation and is directly driven by a DC variable-frequency brushless motor for precise speed control.
2. A 7-inch wide-viewing-angle LCD touchscreen with digital input allows for easy operation, with real-time display of set and operating parameters and chamber pressure (mBar). The all-steel chassis features a corrosion-resistant, orange peel-like finish and sleek lines. The overall industrial, ergonomic design combines visual aesthetics with a sense of security, ensuring high recognition rates.
3. One-touch preheating: Utilizing precise temperature control technology, the unit heats up quickly and accurately, reaching and maintaining the set temperature up to 80°C.
4. One-touch precooling: Utilizing an imported, CFC-free refrigeration compressor unit (refrigerant R404a), the unit meets environmental requirements, offers a precooling function and a wide temperature control range from -20°C to +80°C, quickly reaching the set temperature. National standard copper pipes are embedded between the chambers, ensuring strong heat exchange and a constant centrifugal effect. 5. Vacuum Setting: Vacuuming starts when the speed reaches the set value. During operation, the vacuum level can be controlled to the set accuracy, improving sublimation efficiency and ensuring safe and efficient concentration without contamination, foaming, or damage to the sample.
6. Automatic Vacuum Release: When the instrument completes a run or experiences a power outage or shutdown, the vacuum is automatically released to the external environment, slowly releasing air to protect the sample from excessive positive or negative pressure. Once fully released, the instrument automatically opens.
7. Built-in organic solvent vapor pressure curves detail the vapor pressure data for different organic solvents at different temperatures, helping users understand the evaporation characteristics of organic solvents and avoiding misoperation or safety accidents caused by lack of understanding of solvent properties.
8. The centrifugal chamber is constructed of seamless, one-piece 304 stainless steel and treated with Teflon for corrosion resistance, ensuring compatibility with sample solvents while maintaining sample solvent purity.
9. A variety of rotors are available to meet different experimental throughput requirements, enabling pre-treatment centrifugal concentration of nucleic acid, virus, and other samples.
10. Split Design: Independent accessories allow for flexible configuration and application. 11. One-touch linkage makes instrument operation simple and convenient.
12. The transparent polymethyl methacrylate cover allows for easy observation. The automatic door opening and closing design not only facilitates operation but also prevents manual operation errors. A battery-operated system automatically opens the cover during a power outage.
13. A built-in operating guide and warning modules for over-temperature, low-pressure, and emergency stop are designed to improve user efficiency, reduce the risk of error, and meet users' stringent requirements for instrument concentration reliability.
