1. Product introduction

The ZLS-2 series vacuum centrifugal concentrator can quickly and safely evaporate water and organic solvents from samples. The processed samples can be conveniently used for various qualitative and quantitative analyses chemical, biochemical, bioanalytical, immunoassay, food safety, residue analysis, etc. It is suitable for immunoglobulin concentration, drug metabolite concentration, SPE solid-phase extraction, pre- and post-processing for liquid chromatography, ADMET/toxicology, polymer chemistry, DNA/RNA purification and concentration, oligonucleotide synthesis, forensic science/drug abuse testing, and general laboratory concentration.


2. Features

1. The brand-new XIUI3.0 operating system features microcomputer control, programmable operation, and direct drive by a DC variable frequency brushless motor for precise speed control.

2. A 7-inch wide-angle LCD touch screen with digital input offers simple operation and real-time display of settings, operating parameters, and chamber pressure (mBar). The all-steel casing features a corrosion-resistant, textured finish and sleek lines, combining visual aesthetics with a safe and user-friendly industrial design for high recognition.

3. One-button preheating: Utilizing precise temperature control technology, it heats quickly with high temperature accuracy, heating the chamber to 60℃, quickly reaching and maintaining the set temperature.

4. Vacuum degree setting: Vacuuming starts when the rotation speed reaches the set value. During operation, the vacuum degree can be controlled within the set accuracy, improving sublimation efficiency and ensuring safe and efficient concentration without pollution, foaming, or sample damage.

5. Automatic vacuum release: When the instrument finishes operation or in case of power failure/shutdown, the vacuum will be automatically released, connecting the chamber to the external environment. The release is gradual to protect samples from excessive positive and negative pressure. After complete release, the instrument automatically opens the lid.

6. Built-in organic solvent vapor pressure curve chart: This chart details the vapor pressure data of different organic solvents at different temperatures, helping users understand the evaporation characteristics of organic solvents and preventing misoperation or safety accidents due to a lack of understanding of solvent properties.

7. The 304 stainless steel integrated seamless centrifugal chamber, treated with Teflon for corrosion resistance, is impervious to sample solvents and ensures the purity of the sample solvent.

8. Multiple rotors are available to meet different experimental throughput needs, allowing for pre-treatment centrifugation and concentration of samples such as nucleic acids and viruses.

9. Modular design: Independent components allow for flexible configuration and use.

10. One-button linkage function makes instrument operation simpler and more convenient.

11. The polymethyl methacrylate cover is transparent for easy observation. The automatic door opening and closing design not only facilitates operation but also prevents misoperation caused by manual opening and closing. In case of power failure, a battery can be connected to automatically open the lid.

12. Built-in operating instructions and warning modules for over-temperature, low pressure, and emergency stop are designed to improve user efficiency, reduce the risk of errors, and meet users' stringent requirements for the reliability of the instrument's concentration performance.
