IVS400 is an upgraded model on the basis of IVS300, realizing the functions of continuous automatic cleaning, automatic measurement, automatic waste discharge and automatic drying.
Performance Features
Δ Dual-mode on-line cleaning
● No need to dismantle the viscometer, the waste liquid can be drained directly and the viscometer can be rinsed by adding cleaning agent or the next sample;
● Continuous measurement, the new sample to replace the old sample, simulating the manual cleaning method, high-frequency pulsed repeated automatic squeeze cleaning, immersion cleaning hovering immersion, and even difficult-to-clean polymers can be cleaned.;
● Greatly reduce the exposure of experimental personnel to toxic chemical reagents, to ensure the safety of experimental operators;
● Single reagent dosage of 10-12 ml, rinse volume is less than 12 ml, the remaining 13 ml for measurement.
ΔAutomatic Liquid Filling （Optional）
● Configuration of automatic liquid filling module, 1-3 kinds of reagents can be selected, the test is completed automatically add liquid, automatic cleaning, automatic liquid discharge, automatic drying.
ΔIntelligent waste liquid collection
● No matter how many measurement units are selected, only one set of waste liquid collection device is needed to complete waste liquid collection.
● The waste liquid device is set up for separate collection, which is conducive to waste liquid treatment and recycling, saving and protecting the environment.
ΔSoftware Function Integration
● Measurement and cleaning functions are integrated in the same software, which is easy for experimenters to operate without switching;
